charming stay
daily room fresh towels friendly staff
I was really pleased with the daily room service. my room was refreshed, and i got fresh towels. bottled water was also supplied daily! i also liked the staff, they were very friendly upon arrival and throughout my stay. the location was great, near the centre. I walked to most places i wanted to visit.
i noticed the hotel lacked elevators. carrying luggage to higher floors was a little inconvenient for me.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. They provided transport arrangements to the airport. the team gave directions to my taxi driver when i needed help with luggage after dropping off the car. a staff member waited to help me take my luggage through the medina.

the rooftop is lovely, it allowed a lot of privacy. the pool was needed, especially when the temperatures were high! the room had air conditioning.

Breakfast included fruit and yogurt. tea or coffee was also available. a selection of breads and cakes alternated daily. Eggs were cooked to my preference.

it was nestled in quiet streets. it still had access to the tombs and the big square. i loved that this location was near the centre so, i could walk to visit places.

pool maintenance noise insulation
I was expecting better pool maintenance. The pool looked quite run down. It seemed to need repainting. I was a little disappointed with the noise insulation TOO. It let in a lot of noise.
